Due to the perishable nature of our tea products, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, but we are committed to ensuring you love every sip. If your order is damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit.
Check Your Eligibility
Ensure your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, only unopened tea tins and unused accessories are eligible for a full refund.
Contact the Snark Squad
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't work out. If the item arrived damaged, please attach a photo so we can scold the shipping carrier.
Prepare Your Package
If returning hardware or unopened tea, securely pack the items in their original packaging. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all approved domestic returns.
Receive Your Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a digital gift card within 5-7 business days.
